Steps to reproduce the problem

1. open the attached files in firefox browser/ render with pdfjs on chrome

What is the expected behavior?

back ticks and single quotes to show up properly

What went wrong?

1. you can see that backticks and single quotes are rendered wrongly on pdfjs
2. meanwhile on chrome and acrobat they are rendered correctly

Additional context

other similar issues suggested that the custom fonts should be embedded, which i already did for my pdfs.
the pdfs are generated using PDFBox.
